Shipping policy

All packages (excluding USA) are shipped from Poland in eco packaging through the Poczta Polska (Royal Mail in UK) if you choose standard shipping. 
We can also ship to Europe (UK included) through UPS courier. Delivery in that case takes 3-4 working days and costs starting from €17 (depending on the weight of the item). If you would like faster UPS shipping, pls contact us on Instagram @secondmaison or email us secondmaison.store@gmail.com.

Shipping to the United States is currently available exclusively via UPS. Unfortunately, our local postal service is only permitted to send letters to the United States and does not accept other types of shipments.

Shipping rates to the United States start from €35 and may vary depending on the destination and parcel size.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders take 2-5 business days to process before shipping. Standard delivery times vary, depending on destination of package. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. All sales are final.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Second Maison is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mis-delivered or returned packages. If a package is returned to us, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to resend package to the original address provided at checkout.
